Welcome to Government Polytechnic College, Waidhan

Established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, the college is dedicated to delivering quality technical education to the youth of Singrauli and surrounding regions.

Located in Waidhan, the district headquarters of Singrauli – widely known as the energy capital of India – the institute is surrounded by major thermal power plants and coal mining operations. Admission Process 2026–27

Admissions are conducted through the online counselling of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh.

Select Govt. Polytechnic College, Waidhan and your preferred branches.

Seat Allotment

Check the allotment result and download the allotment letter.

Report to College

Report with original documents for verification and fee payment.

Eligibility
  • Passed Class 10th (High School) from a recognized board.
  • Lateral entry (2nd year) for 12th (PCM) / ITI pass candidates as per DTE rules.
  • Reservation as per Government of Madhya Pradesh norms.
